Genuine products, manufacturer warranty

Every product we sell is genuine and carries the manufacturer warranty for the period stated on its product page or box, typically 1 to 2 years depending on the brand. Refurbished items carry a 3-month warranty, stated on their product page.

Installation workmanship warranty

If something we installed fails because of our workmanship within 6 months, we come back and fix it free of charge.

How to make a claim

WhatsApp 0754 274 969 or email partnerships@laitor.co.ke with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We respond within 1 working day and handle the manufacturer claim for you.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace or fully refund the item, and we cover the return delivery.

Change of mind

• Unopened, unused items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. You pay the return delivery.
• Installed items and opened kits cannot be returned for change of mind. Installation work already done is not refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are paid to the M-Pesa number or account you paid from, within 3 to 5 working days of us receiving and checking the item.

Not covered by warranty

Physical damage, liquid or water damage beyond the product rating, power-surge damage, tampering or repairs by others, and normal wear such as battery capacity loss over time.
