Delivery & Installation
Delivery times, free standard installation in Nairobi, and what is quoted separately.
How it works
- Order online and pay with M-Pesa, or WhatsApp us on 0754 274 969 for a quote.
- We confirm your order and agree a delivery and installation date with you on WhatsApp within 1 working day.
- We deliver, install, set up the app on your phone and show you how everything works.
Where and how fast
- Nairobi and surroundings: delivery and installation usually within 2–5 working days of payment.
- Other towns: delivered by courier within 3–7 working days. Installation outside Nairobi is available at a quoted travel fee.
- Some items ship from our supplier partners. If an item is out of stock, we tell you before you pay, or refund you in full.
Installation: what's free and what's charged
Free standard installation in Nairobi on the equipment you buy from us. This covers:
- Mounting and connecting the equipment you bought from us
- Up to 20 m of cabling per camera or access point
- Setting up the app on up to 2 phones, plus a hand-over walkthrough
Charged, and quoted before we start:
- Installation outside Nairobi (travel fee)
- Extra cabling beyond 20 m per camera or access point
- Trenching, masonry, ceiling work, or work above 2 floors
- New power points or electrical work (we work with your electrician)
- Removing or repairing old systems
Any installation charge is agreed with you on WhatsApp first and appears at checkout as "Installation Charges". You never pay for work you did not agree to.
